The bodywork of this Mazda MX-5 is in overall fantastic condition - the beautiful Copper Red paintwork presents brilliantly whether under cloud cover or in direct sunlight, and combined with the freshly refurbished alloy wheels with brand new centre caps, makes the car really stand out alongside the others for sale. The whole body has been machine polished and the headlights have been restored. The only blemish worth mentioning is a small mark to the passenger side door, but it's very minor and aside from that there's no major damage to any of the bodywork. 
 
Inside, the condition is similarly good, with the seats and carpets all being in very good condition. The roof panels on the inside are all excellent too, and all the dashboard plastics and switchgear present well with only minor signs of usage. The condition both inside and out is a testament to the way in which this car has been kept by the two owners it's had. 
 
Mechanically, everything is in very good order - the clutch bites nice and low, with no slip, and the gearbox shifts like a bolt-action rifle, exactly what you'd expect from an MX-5. The engine starts nicely, and pulls cleanly through the gears, with no untoward noises. There are some service invoices and stamps on the Mazda digital service record print out, and the car has just been serviced by ourselves prior to sale. The powered hard-top roof operates perfectly, too.
